Shipping & Delivery

For products that are in stock, we ship within 1 business day from the time you place your order. We ship via FEDEX/UPS/USPS. Customers will be able to opt for the carrier of their choosing. FOB Paramount, California however, there is a handling fee per order of $5 for Re-Sellers, no matter how big your order is.

Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy 
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:

Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
Products that are not normally stocked and must, therefore, be special made.

Under such circumstances, you will be emailed or contacted regarding the specifics of your situation.

Delays in Shipping

On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by Grande Mug when delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.

*Standard Shipping:  FedEx/UPS Ground.

*PO Box Shipping: We can not deliver to PO Boxes. During checkout, please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.

*International Shipping: We ship worldwide. F.O.B. Paramount, California, US.

Returns & Replacements

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase and pay a 25% Restocking Fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund or credit the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if mug has been damaged in the transit or broken by you, used or altered will not be accepted for return. Also, orders made for Custom Mugs do not qualify for return, unless there's a manufacturer defect or damaged in transit, a restocking fee will apply.

Exchanges are accepted when buying different team mug ONLY and they're not been ordered them as a Custom Mug. There's a 10% restocking fee. We also do not refund or credit the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. A new shipping charge will apply for orders that need a shipping service unless the return subject was made at our fault.
